Radiology Facilities

All Radiology services should be coordinated through your Primary Care or Ob-Gyn physician.

Outpatient Radiology services may be performed at one of the following free standing imaging facilities or at one of our core hospitals. Prior authorization may be required. Please contact your Primary Care Physician or Ob-Gyn physician prior to seeking services at one of these locations.

Not all facilities participate in all plans.

Please note that many plans have a copay amount for radiology and may be higher at a hospital versus a free standing facility.
